Trainer on the Hill was launched in 2016 by Emma Emin, a fully qualified Personal Trainer & England Athletics Running Leader, who lives and runs her various fitness classes in Kent.
Emma founded Trainer on the Hill as a post-partum Mum struggling to get the help and guidance she needed in terms of health & fitness. She made the decision to retrain, not only as a PT but as a specialist in pre & post natal fitness.
Emma is a Mathematics graduate who worked in London as an Analyst for 13 years prior. Whilst her passion for numbers will always exist, she is genuinely loving helping people to see their true potential.
Emma works with a range of clients at different stages in their fitness journey and in different walks of life.
There is never a one size fits all so she ensures to develop a bespoke plan for every individual that fits their needs and lifestyle.
As a result of the pandemic and lockdowns, Emma has developed an amazing online space called 'The Hub'.
The purpose of the Hub is for people to have access to affordable, efficient and results driven workouts from the comfort of their own home.
The Hub covers everything from HIIT, Weight training, Kettlebells, Pilates and even monthly healthy recipe packs.
Adult Running Club takes place on a Tuesday.
There are two sessions 6.30pm & 7.30pm
Within these sessions there are two levels of club, so everybody is covered

Casual Runners & Intermediates
There are currently two youth running sessions that take place on a Monday evening at Kings Hill School.
3.45pm - 4.30pm
4.45pm - 5.30pm
