who are we?
Trainer on the Hill was launched in 2016 by Emma Emin, a fully qualified Personal Trainer who lives and runs her various fitness classes in Kent.
Emma founded Trainer on the Hill as a post-partum Mum struggling to get the help and guidance she needed in terms of health & fitness. She made the decision to retrain, not only as a PT but as a specialist in pre & post natal fitness. Emma has also since trained with England Athletics as a Run Leader so has been very busy over the past half decade!
Emma is a Mathematics graduate who worked in London as an Analyst for 13 years prior. Whilst her passion for numbers will always exist, she is genuinely loving helping people to see their true potential.
I work with a range of clients at different stages in their fitness journey and in different walks of life. There is never a one size fits all so I develop a bespoke plan that fits your needs and lifestyle.
Unfortunately due to the current climate, group classes are on hold. However, Emma has developed an amazing online community called The HUB for home workouts in the new digital age we find ourselves working out in. The hub covers everything from HIIT to Pilates & nutritional guidance.
