Emma is an England Athletics licensed Run Leader, who is a highly experienced runner with over 20 years running experience.  So you are in very good hands when you decide to embark upon your running journey.

There are various running groups designed to fit your current running experience.

Young Woman Running

Couch to 5k

Tues 6.30pm Discovery School

8 Week Running Program

Aimed at people who have never run before, those returning from injury, or those who have had a long break or for those who just need motivation from a group setting.

You do not need any level of running experience to take part. 


Woman Running

Return to Running

Tues 6.30pm Discovery School

8 Week Running Program

Aimed at people who have some level of fitness and/or have ran before but have had a break due to injury or lifestyle 

Suitable for people who need some extra motivation to get their fitness levels back up 

Casual & Intermediates

Tues 7.30pm Discovery School

Ongoing weekly session

This class is aimed at runners who have run before, either completed one of the beginners courses and wishing to continue, or externally. 

Everybody welcome to this fun and friendly group running session.


Running Happily

Youth Running

Mon PM Kings Hill School

Termly running sessions aimed at young, budding athletes. 

Classes are fun-led and include lots of running games and activities, finishing each week with a 'long' run which varies between the groups and is built upon weekly throughout the term.
