Who we are

Trainer on the Hill was launched in 2016 by Emma Emin, a fully qualified Personal Trainer who lives and runs her various fitness classes in Kings Hill, Kent.  

With a passion for sport and fitness, Emma founded Trainer on The Hill because as a busy mum of three, she understands how hard it can be to fit in an exercise regime around busy working and family lives. 

Through her own experience, Emma understands how hard it can be to stay fit throughout pregnancy, and for new mothers to regain pre-pregnancy fitness, so with this in mind, she has additionally gained her Pre and Post Natal fitness specialist qualification and is dedicated to helping other mums stay fit, healthy and get back in to shape.

Regardless of whether you are a fitness fledgling or a fully-fledged fitness fanatic, Emma is dedicated to finding the perfect exercise regime, tailored to suit you and your fitness experience.

Background and Qualifications – More about Emma

Sport and fitness is a passion and has always played a big part of her life.  A previous competitive spring board diver, competing for Brighton and Hove; running in the London Marathon 3 times; a keen snowboarder having worked a ski season in Australia - yes Snowy Mountains in Australia not a typo, an advanced PADI qualified Scuba Diver and a current member of The Kings Hill Ladies football team are just a few of the sporting activities that she enjoys.

 

Emma has a degree in Mathematics and left a successful Analytical career in the city, she re-trained as a Personal Trainer a few years later to keep her brain in action and passion for sport and fitness alive, Emma currently holds the following fitness qualifications

  • England Athletics - Leader in running fitness

  • Level 2 Fitness Instructor

  • Level 3 Personal Trainer

  • Level 3 Specialist in Pre and Post Natal Fitness

  • Metafit Coach
