For those who are not currently Fitness Hub members, the comprehensive 8-week program is available at a competitive rate of ยฃ249. This all-inclusive price covers personalised attention, nutrition support, Fitness Hub Membership, and more. If you prefer to focus solely on the workouts without the 1-2-1 Check-Ins, we have a tailored option for you. Sign up for the workout sessions alone at just ยฃ60 for the entire 8 weeks.   • What is included in the All-Inclusive Price?
    The All-Inclusive Price covers 6-8 Weekly Check-Ins, a Customised Accountability Plan, 3-4 workouts per week, access to the Fitness Hub Membership, a Low Carb Nutrition Pack, Monthly Recipe Packs, real-time support, goal tracking, and continuous motivation.
  • What makes this program different from others?
    Our program goes beyond traditional online workouts. We provide personalised attention, weekly check-ins (for those who have signed up for this option), and a supportive community to ensure your fitness journey is not only effective but sustainable.
  • How will the Weekly 1-2-1 Check-Ins be conducted?
    The check-ins are conducted through face-to-face Zoom/Teams calls. We'll discuss your progress, set new goals, and provide the support you need to stay on track.
  • What happens once I've paid and signed up?
    Once you have paid and signed up on the website; you will recieve a welcome email with detailed instructions on what happens next. You will need to request the private FB group 'Trainer on the Hill Members Hub' - and shortly before the challenge begins you will be accepted in to familiarise yourself.
  • Can I join if I have dietary restrictions or specific preferences?
    Absolutely! We take into account your dietary restrictions and preferences when creating your Customised Accountability Plan to ensure it aligns with your goals and lifestyle.
  • How long are the classes?
    All classes are 30 minutes. We train smarter not longer!
  • What equipment do I need?
    Essential: Dumbbells Glute Band Optional: Kettlebell If you would like a HUB resistance band pictured below please comment when joining and we will get one to you. If you buy one when signing up to the hub they are discounted to ยฃ10 (+P&P if delivery required). RRP ยฃ13 Heavy & Medium Resistance available
  • What weight dumbbells do I need?
    It is difficult to say a specific weight, everybody is different. Ideally a 3kg & 5kg DB set would be good starting place for a beginner. 4kg - 6kg for KB for beginners. You can always use a dumbbell in the kettlebell class so DB preferable if you can only get hold of one or the other.
  • Can people see me when I join the live?
    No. You can workout in your PJ's if you wish, working out from the comfort of your own home really helps with attempting things you would not feel comfortable doing in a social setting.
  • What happens if I miss a live workout session?
    Don't worry! All live workouts are recorded, and you can access them at your convenience within the Fitness Hub Membership.
  • How do I access the Fitness Hub Membership?
    Upon enrolment, you'll receive login details for the Fitness Hub, where you can access all live workouts via a private Facebook group, resources, and engage with our fitness community.
  • Is there a refund policy if I am unable to complete the program?
    We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, please note that once enrolled, the program fee is non-refundable, even in the event that you are unable to complete the 8-week program. We recommend thoroughly reviewing the program details and ensuring your commitment before finalising your enrolment. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out before joining. We are here to provide any necessary information to help you make an informed decision about your participation in the program.
  • How do I cancel?
    To cancel your monthly payment you simply need to go to your recurring payment in Paypal and cancel it from there.
