We are thrilled to invite you to Trainer on the Hill Fitness Hub. This is a hub of members unlike any other. Born during COVID - bringing people together through a time when so many were isolated from friends, family & life as we knew it - and continuing to thrive now we are through the other end, with many clients much preferring a new way to workout - efficiently, inexpensively and gaining results like they never had in the gym or with a private PT. 

Lots of hub members take the workouts to the gym to help guide them through how to use the weights section - and get the most from their workouts. 

Emma has put together something truly special and would love to welcome you onboard. The hub has been key to many success stories not for just physical wellbeing but also for mental.

We all know that you cannot out train a bad diet, in my experience 95% of clients say they need much more guidance in this area. Nutrition is the foundation to any transformation. That is why we have monthly recipe packs available every single month for every single member. 

Vegan? Not a problem - we have now added a second pack every month solely plant based.
