Free Half Term Family Fitness with Emma
What is it?
Emma will be running daily, free workouts for you and your little ones, or not so little ones, every day during this October Half Term. The idea is to keep you motivated and focussed, as well as helping you to keep having fun with the children during a half term that we will be very limited on what else we are able to do with them.
Emma is a fully qualified Personal Trainer, with lots of experience in training adults and children and as a Mum of three knows how important keeping them active is. Especially in the current climate.
How does it work?
Every day Emma will hold a quick 30 minute live workout.
You simply tune in and follow along.
There will be fun family challenges to keep you all active.

"Can Emma see us working out?"
No - you cannot be seen, you are working out from the comfort of your own home, in private!!
"If I cannot make the live class, can I catch up later? "
The workouts will be recorded so if you cannot make the live time then can catch up later in the day.
"When does it start?"
Monday 26th October to Friday 30th October
"Do I need to be fit?"
NO!! The idea of this challenge is to keep us focused on being active whilst having fun!
"Is it Free?"
Yes its all free, the only thing you need is Facebook.

Emma is the most supportive, engaging and inspirational trainer - I cannot recommend her and the classes highly enough, perfect for those entering exercise for the first time to those whom are striving to push themselves even harder
Emma is very friendly & knowledgeable and one of your own. She can support us all with all of our different fitness levels and needs and it’s never boring as we have so many different types of classes each week.
Emma is an amazing and supportive trainer, always motivating and knows just when to give you that extra push during the class. I’m not keen on going to the gym or classes as I’ve not felt comfortable, so her online classes have been perfect for me and I have definitely improved so much in strength since starting along with losing some inches! I can’t recommend Emma highly enough
